Let's face it, Dockers isn't the coolest kid in school. But it's trying. And by the looks of this coolaboration with famed photographer Todd Selby, Dockers, and local trailblazers, it may succeed. The photos deliver the cozy realism The Selby captures so well (buy his book!). We meet the men of local businesses like Habitat for Humanity, Scribe Winery, artist Brian Barneclo, and more, but I was most mystified by HessSurfboard's Danny Hess shaping boards in his wrinkled rugged chinos and rolled up sleeves, wading in wood shavings. I have yet to test a Hess board, but they look pretty pretty and I'm sure they ride nice; the Moraga is calling my name...
